MockupMotion legal
Terms of service
Effective October 28, 2026
MockupMotion is a browser-based mockup studio developed by ChathKay. This page summarizes its terms. The full, governing Terms of Service are published at mockupmotion.com/terms and take precedence over this summary.
Using MockupMotion
MockupMotion lets you place your own artwork into video and photo mockup scenes and export the result. Editing and exporting happen inside your web browser, on your device, and need an up-to-date browser. Features and templates may change over time.
Template licence
Templates in your library, free or unlocked, come with a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them in the studio with your own artwork, and to use the videos and images you export for personal and commercial purposes such as promoting your own products and designs.
- Do not sell, share or give away the templates themselves or their files.
- Do not copy or extract template files outside the studio or get around access restrictions.
- Use watermarked public previews only to decide whether to use a template.
Purchases
Paid templates are one-time purchases processed by PayPal and are added to the MockupMotion account you are signed in to. Unlock links are only for the person they were given to and must not be shared or resold. A confirmed full refund removes the access that purchase granted.
Your artwork
You keep all rights to the artwork you add. Because your artwork stays on your device, MockupMotion does not receive it or claim any rights to it. Only use artwork you have the right to use. Edits are not saved as projects, so keep your original files and download exports you want to keep.
Full terms
Availability, disclaimers, limitation of liability, account closure and how changes are made are set out in the full Terms of Service at mockupmotion.com/terms.
