You may use Mockup Warp for personal or commercial creative work, subject to these terms and Canva's own terms and policies. You are responsible for the designs, artwork, and other content you choose to use with the app.

ChathKay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mockup Warp through Canva for its intended purpose. This license does not transfer ownership of the app, its interface, code, or branding.

You must not misuse Mockup Warp or interfere with its operation.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the app to violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Do not use automated or abusive methods that could disrupt the app or Canva.

You retain ownership of your content. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use any content you process with Mockup Warp. ChathKay does not claim ownership of that content.

Mockup Warp is an independent app developed by ChathKay. ChathKay is responsible for the app and its support. Canva does not own, operate, sponsor, or endorse Mockup Warp unless Canva states otherwise.

The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued to improve the experience, address security or compatibility needs, or comply with platform requirements. ChathKay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Mockup Warp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ChathKay disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Your permission to use Mockup Warp may be suspended or ended if you materially violate these terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk. You may stop using the app at any time.

These terms may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
