Mockup Warp works with the content you select in the active Canva design to create the requested perspective result. The app does not send that design content to ChathKay servers and ChathKay does not retain copies of it.

Mockup Warp does not require a separate ChathKay account. ChathKay does not sell personal information obtained through the app and does not use Canva design content for advertising or user profiling.

If you use the support form, ChathKay processes your name, reply email address, issue category, message, and any optional browser or Canva details you provide. This information is used to investigate the issue, reply to you, protect the support service from abuse, and maintain necessary support records.

Canva provides the platform where the app runs. Resend processes support-email delivery. The site's configured rate-limiting provider may process pseudonymous request identifiers for a short period to prevent spam and abuse. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, resolve the issue, protect the service, and meet legitimate record-keeping obligations. ChathKay uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can choose not to submit the support form. You may use the support page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously submitted, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Mockup Warp is not directed to children under the minimum age required to use Canva independently in their location. ChathKay does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the support form.

This notice may be updated when the app, support process, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version. Privacy questions can be submitted through the Mockup Warp support page.
