You may use Daytend as a personal organization tool, subject to these terms and Apple's applicable terms. Daytend is not an emergency, safety-critical, medical, or professional reminder service, and you remain responsible for the activities and decisions you record in it.

ChathKay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Daytend on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by App Store rules. The app, its interface, code, illustrations, and branding remain the property of ChathKay and its licensors.

Optional reminders depend on iOS notification permissions, Focus modes, device state, and other system conditions. Delivery at a particular time is not guaranteed, so Daytend should not be used for urgent, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical alerts.

You are responsible for the routine information you enter and for maintaining any exported backup you choose to create. Keep exported .daytend backup files and their access details secure. ChathKay cannot recover a local database or backup that is lost, deleted, damaged, or inaccessible.

Optional Pro access may be offered as monthly, annual, or lifetime access where available. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple and your Apple Account under Apple's payment terms. Available plans and prices are shown in the app before purchase.

You must use Daytend lawfully and must not interfere with its operation.

• Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the app to violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Do not use automated or abusive methods that could disrupt the app or its services.

Daytend is developed and supported by ChathKay. Apple is not responsible for operating, maintaining, or supporting the app except as required by applicable App Store terms, and does not sponsor or endorse Daytend.

Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued to improve the experience, address compatibility or security needs, or comply with platform requirements. ChathKay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Daytend is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ChathKay disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Your permission to use Daytend may end if you materially violate these terms or create a security or legal risk. These terms may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. Questions can be submitted through the Daytend support page.
