Routine details and completion history are stored in a local database on your device. No separate Daytend account is required.

Check that notifications are enabled for Daytend in iOS settings. Focus modes, notification summaries, device state, and system settings can affect when a local reminder appears.

Use Daytend's encrypted .daytend backup export and restore tools. Store the exported file securely because ChathKay cannot recover a lost local database or backup.

Use Restore Purchases inside the app while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Billing and refund questions are handled through Apple.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Daytend version, the feature you were using, and what happened. Do not include backup passwords or other sensitive information.
