Routine details, folders, card customizations, reminder settings, and completion history are stored in a local database on your device. ChathKay does not receive or store that routine content on its servers through normal use of the app.

If you enable reminders, Daytend schedules local notifications through iOS. Reminder content is handled by your device and is not used to send marketing push notifications. You can change notification permissions in iOS settings.

Daytend lets you export an encrypted .daytend backup when you want a portable copy. The file is created and transferred at your direction. You choose where to save or share it and are responsible for protecting the file and any information needed to access it.

Optional Daytend Pro purchases are processed by Apple. ChathKay receives transaction status needed to unlock or restore purchased features, while Apple handles payment details under its own privacy practices.

Apple may make limited crash or performance diagnostics available when you have chosen to share analytics with developers. Such information is used to investigate errors and improve reliability and is not used to read your routine content.

If you use the support form, ChathKay processes your name, reply email address, issue category, message, and any optional device or app details you provide. This information is used to investigate the issue, reply to you, protect the support service from abuse, and maintain necessary support records.

Apple provides App Store distribution, purchases, and device platform services. Resend processes support-email delivery. The site's configured rate-limiting provider may process pseudonymous request identifiers for a short period to prevent spam and abuse. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Local app data remains on your device until you remove it through the app, delete the app, or erase the device, subject to any device backups you control. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, protect the service, and meet legitimate record-keeping obligations.

You can manage notifications in iOS settings, delete local routine data, remove the app, and control exported backup files. You may use the support page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously submitted to ChathKay, subject to applicable law.

Daytend is not directed to children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. This notice may be updated when the app, its providers, or legal requirements change. Privacy questions can be submitted through the Daytend support page.
